You only pay for the time taken to complete what you have asked for at a fixed rate. This package is best suited for new start-ups and sole traders.

TIERED SUPPORT PACKAGES

The costs for the support packages are based per site and is dependent on the number of users per site.

1   POWER PACKAGE
For up to a maximum of 3 users
  • Unlimited telephone and remote support.
  • Access to our helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Fix user errors / mistakes (eg. Accidental file deletion, forgotten passwords).
PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE  2
For up to a maximum of 5 users
  • Single web-site hosting.
  • Check backups are running properly.
  • Perform system and server reboots.
  • Create, remove and maintain employee user accounts and permissions.
3   PREMIUM PACKAGE
For up to a maximum of 15 users
  • Monitor and maintain server uptime.
  • Install software patches, service packs and other updates.
  • General server maintenance.
  • Check status of security software updates.
  • Manage file and folder permissions.
  • Assist with management of Cloud services (e.g. Sharepoint / Exchange Online).
PRESTIGE PACKAGE  4
For 15+ users
  • Creation and continual update of your business's Disaster Recovery Plan of core systems.
  • Investigate any suspicious activity or unexpected software behaviour.
  • Complimentary monthly workshop visit.
